About HalloweenHome.net
HalloweenHome.net is a fine website created and owned by OceanView Graphics and
Design. My flagship site is GetCalhoun.com and my name is Norman Morrison.
Have you ever wondered where all that stuff on
the internet comes from? Sure, a portion of it is produced by college trained professionals...but the bulk of
it is by amateurs.
In most cases when it's home grown, it is
simply a matter of where someone knows something they think is so important or interesting that it is worth
going to the trouble to share it with others.
Oft times this requires expending college
level effort to learn just how to go about sharing their information and pictures on a web
page.
Here at GetCalhoun.com, our mission is to give the good folks of Calhoun County,
the nation, and the world an easy way to share the information, history, news, and whatever else that
they think other folks would like to know.
Our constant belief is that everyone (more or
less) knows something. You would be amazed at the interesting things you know that others don't. Think about
that for a minute.
GC does what it says it will do, in a timely
manner, and better than it has to. When GC makes a promise or a contract, you can put it in the bank
marked...Done!
When you are in the market for a website, or a
display page that WORKS, visit with me and let's make some web magic. GetCalhoun@GetCalhoun.com. That's me.
Lastly, I make a great deal here about
Halloween being different from Christmas in that while Christmas is a time for giving, that Halloween is a
time for taking. It's all in good fun. Of course Halloween is a time for giving in accordance with the
Halloween spririt.
Thus, on November 1st, the morning
after Halloween, you should get in the habit of calling all of your friends who saved money by not
purchasing a Halloween Costume here and staying at home on Halloween evening. Call them at 10AM in the
morning and wake them up.Tell them to come straight to your house.
When they arrive, greet them at the door with
a chilled pumpkin juice bracer and sit them down on the floor in a circle. Then take your pumpkin or grocery
bag full of delicious Halloween Candy that you gathered on Halloween night, and give each of your
friends an equal portion of your candy. Of course it is only fair that you share with your less
fortunate friends who stayed home to watch reality TV. Isn't it?
